Terms of Use - VelaFlix

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VelaFlix mobile application and any related content, tools, features, or services made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using VelaFlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to the Services, legal requirements, or business operations. When changes are made, the revised version will become effective once posted within the application or otherwise made available to you. Your continued use of VelaFlix after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Privacy

• 1.1 Your use of VelaFlix is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
• 1.2 You keep ownership of any content or materials that belong to you. Except for the limited rights needed to operate the Services, VelaFlix does not claim ownership over your content.

2. License to Use the Services

• 2.1 As long as you comply with these Terms, VelaFlix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
• 2.2 This license does not give you any ownership rights in VelaFlix, its technology, branding, or any third-party materials available through the Services. All such rights remain with their respective owners.

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Billing

• 3.1 Some features, content, or benefits within VelaFlix may require payment, including subscriptions and in-app purchases. Any applicable pricing and billing terms will be shown to you before you confirm a purchase.
• 3.2 Purchases made through VelaFlix are processed by the platform provider associated with your device, including Google Play or the Apple App Store, and are subject to that platform's payment terms, conditions, and policies.
• 3.3 We may update prices, subscription plans, or purchase options at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• 3.4 Unless otherwise stated, taxes, exchange fees, or similar charges that may apply to a transaction are your responsibility. The total amount charged may vary based on your region, payment method, and platform rules.
• 3.5 Refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing management are generally handled through the store platform used for the transaction, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

• 4.1 Except where allowed by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, republish, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.
• 4.2 You may not interfere with the operation of VelaFlix, attempt to bypass security measures, or access the Services through unauthorized automated means such as bots, scrapers, or similar tools.
• 4.3 You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

5. Service Disclaimer

• 5.1 We aim to keep VelaFlix available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
• 5.2 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
• 5.3 VelaFlix is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

6. Accounts

6.1 VelaFlix currently does not require or provide a user account system unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future version of the Services.

7. Changes to the Services or These Terms

• 7.1 We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any part of VelaFlix at any time.
• 7.2 We may also revise these Terms when needed. If changes are material, we may provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you agree to the revised Terms.
• 7.3 If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using VelaFlix.
